  • If you wish to make an product Exchange, you need to first Email us or have a word with our Customer Support Team at (+91 95800 58009)
  • We offer a 24-hour easy exchange option for select products, as specified on the product page. This means you can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product, depending on the product category.

    Please note, if you choose to exchange a product, shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges will be borne by you. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!

  • After receiving the product, if you need to Exchange the ordered product, you can still initiate and appeal for product Exchange from the product purchase page itself by clicking the Replacement cum Exchange tab. You can load pictures of the product along with providing the reason for Exchange. Please be advised, product Exchange which will solely depend on our proper approval only.
  • For easy product Exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing condition. You also need to provide us with the Receipt or proof of purchase while claiming for one.
      • If your product Exchange is accepted by us, we’ll send you the return shipping process, as well as all required instructions on how & where to send across the package back to us. 
      • Product returned back to us without informing or contacting us will not be considered, entertained or entitled for refunds under any circumstances.

      Product related Damages and Issues:

      We request you to properly inspect received product and contact us at (+91 95800 58009) immediately if the product is found to be defective, damaged or if by chance wrong product is delivered to you. We definitely will look into the issue and take a judgmental call to make things right.
