Terms and Conditions for product Replacement Policy

  • If you wish to make an product Replacements, you need to first Email us or have a word with our Customer Support Team at (+91 95800 58009)
  • We do support 1 to 3 days of easy product Replacements depending on product category which will be specified on the product page. Easy product Replacements, means you can claim for easy product Replacements within 1 to 3 days, which is applicable to limited products only.
  • After receiving the product, if you need to Replace the ordered product, you can still initiate and appeal for product Replacement from the product purchase page itself by clicking on the Replacement cum Exchange tab. You can load pictures of the product along with providing the reason for Replacement. Please be advised, product Replacement which will solely depend on our proper approval only.
  • Easy product Replacements will also depend on the Shipping location of your area and also rely on the Courier Company to support quick dispatchment of products due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation. You need to have patience, as the whole process might take around 10 to 15 business days or more to process.
  • In some cases, you may need to send back the product to our location for escalated product Replacements. The charges incurred will be reimbursed from our side, provided you need to furnish the copy of the courier bill. Kindly note, the claimed amount for reimbursement should not exceed the shipping charges that was borne by us initially while sending across the product to you.
  • For easy product Replacements, the product must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing condition. You also need to provide us with the Receipt or proof of purchase while claiming for one. 
  • If your product Replacement is accepted by us, we’ll send you the return shipping process, as well as all required instructions on how & where to send across the package back to us.
  • Product returned back to us without informing or contacting us will not be considered, entertained or entitled for refunds under any circumstances.

Product related Damages and Issues:
