Terms and Conditions for Shipping Policy

  • We at Uyyaala.com always look forward to deliver your product order accurately, in mint condition & within said timeframe. To ensure that your product order reaches you within time and in good condition, we mostly ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • We do not ship overseas at present, product deliveries are limited within India only and it may take more delivery time than usual depending on the Pin code of your area, please contact our Customer Support team (+91 95800 58009) for further information.
  • We mostly make our best efforts to ship & dispatch products within the same day or next day. However in some cases, due to unavoidable reasons, if we are unable to deliver within said time, our Customer Support team will get in touch with you in such situations.
  • We are providing express deliveries to limited Pin code areas only, as we are currently expanding our delivery network, please call our Customer Support team (+91 95800 58009) for further assistance. 
  • We reserve the right to increase the shipping charges when delivering heavyweight products which might attract high value for shipping to your desired product delivery address. In such situations we will inform you before dispatching the said product.
  • We request you to check the received product package for damages or tampering on arrival. Do not accept the product package if found to be damaged or tampered. Call our Customer Support team (+91 95800 58009) or Email us mentioning order reference number along with photo proof or video of damage.
  • You may need to pay for extra transportation charges for redelivery in the event of a non-delivery of an ordered product if wrong address is provided or if any last moment changes are made from your side.

  • If required Uyyaala.com reserves the right to make changes in above stated Shipping policy as & when required without prior notice.
  • For COD based product orders we may restrict quantity as per order value. 

Please Note:

Delays by our hired shipping agencies are not subjected for refunds. In case of refunds, the refund amount will never exceed the amount the customer has paid while placing the product order with us.

All refunds will be made within 15 business days on approving the refund and receiving the necessary refund mode details from the customer. The customer cannot claim any interest on the refunded amount.
