We do support product Refunds, but due to abnormal COVID-19 pandemic situation, we are not accepting Refunds for sold products. Please be sure to read proper product related description and disclaimer before making the purchase. We will be soon accepting product Returns once the ongoing pandemic situation stabilizes.

Terms and Conditions for Refund Policy ( Applicable when we accept product Refunds ) 

  • If you wish for a product Refund, you first need to contact our Customer Support Team at (+91 95800 58009) or Email us.
  • We will be providing 3 days product Refunds, which means you can claim for product Refunds within 3 days, which is applicable to limited products only. 
  • For product Refunds, the product must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing condition. You also need to provide us with the Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your product Refund is accepted by us, you will have to bear the return shipping charges while sending the product across to us.
  • Only after inspecting & finding the product in its original condition, Refund process for the said product will be processed from our side.
  • In case the product for Refund sent to us fails to match its original condition, you will be informed of the same & the product sent to us will be again sent back to your shipping address. 
  • Refunds for products may take around 10 to 15 business days or more.
  • Product returned to us for Refund without informing or contacting us will not be considered, entertained or entitled for Refund under any circumstances. 
  • If required Uyyaala.com reserves the right to make changes in above stated Refunds policy as & when required without prior notice.

Please Note:

Delays by our hired shipping agencies are not subjected for refunds. In case of refunds, the refund amount will never exceed the amount the customer has paid while placing the product order with us.

All refunds will be made around 15 business days of approving the refund and receiving the necessary refund mode details from the customer. The customer cannot claim any interest on the refunded amount.
